Changes

Creates a comprehensive CONTRIBUTING.md file covering:

  • Code of conduct
  • Getting started (fork, clone, upstream remote)
  • Development setup (prerequisites, env vars, dev server)
  • Step-by-step contribution workflow (branch → code → commit → PR)
  • Pull request guidelines
  • Coding standards (TypeScript, Tailwind, component conventions)
  • Bug reporting template
  • Feature suggestion process
